Members and Friends of ACCA were invited to join Guy Scalise in the traditional art of Salami making at Butcher & Vine in Hawthorn.
Guy has conducted a number of master classes in artisan salami making and he has been a finalist in the top ten Melbourne Salami Festa competition over two consecutive years.
Our guests were able to share Guy’s vision in continuing this wonderful tradition and had the opportunity to learn the simple techniques of preparing traditional homemade salumi.
