For generations, the Frattali family has been perfecting the art of olive oil production in Italy. Today, Umberto Frattali proudly continues this rich legacy on Australian soil. Since establishing Murrindindi Olive Grove in 1999 with his wife Maria, Umberto has cultivated over 7,500 olive trees, producing premium cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil. At the heart of their process, the olives are harvested and pressed onsite within 24 hours, ensuring the freshest, most exquisite oil possible.
In June 2022, ACCA organized personalised tour of the grove, where Umberto himself shared the secrets behind crafting his exceptional Extra Virgin Olive Oil, walking guests through each step of the time-honoured tradition that has been passed down through generations.
