Capocollo Making Demonstration

Members and Friends of ACCA were invited to a demonstration by Guy Scalise, a passionate and experienced food artisan with a love for regional Italian cuisine. Guy was ably assisted by radio personality, Tony Tardio in how to make delicious “capocollo”. The group not only enjoyed a fun and insightful demo but were also entertained with wonderful stories and musical compositions. Guests were able to create their own delicious capocollo which they could take home.
