Tony Roccisano is the son of Giuseppe and Rosa Roccisano, who emigrated from Calabria, Italy, to Mildura, Victoria, in the 1950s. Upon arriving in Australia, they faced challenges due to their limited English, which made it difficult for many Italian migrants to enter the business world. However, Giuseppe Roccisano distinguished himself by becoming the first Italian real estate agent in Mildura, a notable achievement for an Italian in a rural town during that era.

Tony is not only a Board Member of Real Corp Pty Ltd which is the company that owns the Victorian and NSW Professionals Real Estate offices, he is also the chairman for the Victoria Professionals Real Estate network and the President of the Club Da Vinci which is the Italian Community owned sports and function centre in Mildura.

In his spare time, Tony cherishes moments with his wife, Francesca, and their children, Joseph, Bianca, and Bridgett. He takes great joy in passing down Calabrian traditions to his kids, especially during June when he carries on the family tradition of making salami for the entire family. A proud Calabrian, Tony is a progressive thinker and a generous contributor to his community.
